Location Agreement
This agreement is made between Production Company and Counterparty regarding Subject , on the terms set out below.
1. Scope
The parties agree that the engagement covers Description during the period Start Date to End Date .
2. Fees
In consideration of the rights granted, the company shall pay Fee , payable within Payment Terms of the date of invoice.
3. Liability
Each party's liability under this agreement is limited as set out in the full text. Nothing in this clause limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud.
